Hi ,
A few months ago, I mentioned that I intended to make the starting cover for Princess of Hope myself, then upgrade the cover once the book makes enough money to pay for itself. I'm still debating on whether or not I want to change anything, but I think I have a cover that I'm reasonably happy with. You can check out my cover in progress below and let me know what you think. Since I've been focused on the cover, I haven't made significant progress on the overall book since the last time I talked to you.
The Lost Assassin is now available wide.
Don't forget to let me know your favorite tropes to enter this month's giveaway of a $5 Amazon gift card.

Song of the Sea Witch by Naomi Lastrucci
Since losing her beloved to the sea, Morgana has lived out the centuries as a powerful yet lonely sea witch, luring ships into her traps and drowning sailors out of spite. But when a handsome human prince unwittingly sails into her waters, she may have finally found a second chance at love.
Unfortunately, he's also caught the eye of a certain little mermaid.
Unwilling to be bested by the beautiful young princess, Morgana hatches a plan to steal the prince for herself and eliminate her competition for good. Will her wits and magic be enough to sabotage the mermaid and win the prince's heart? Or will love prove far more difficult to manipulate than she realizes?
A tale of love, loss, and redemption, Song of the Sea Witch retells Hans Christian Andersen's classic fairy tale The Little Mermaid from the perspective of its most magical and misunderstood character. For even the hardest and most wicked of hearts can still break…
The Fae's Curse by Layla K Wood
Eleanor and Alden are soulmates, yet they are on opposite sides of the political campaign.
Eleanor works as an intern for Lorna, who is Alden’s political rival.
Alden has a family curse passed down to him, which means doom for the one he loves. Because of this, he must live a life of solitude.
Desperate for the vote, Lorna coerces Eleanor into finding dirt on Alden.
This leads Eleanor to discover that Alden and Lorna are both Fae. They are fighting for something much larger than the position of city mayor.
If an Unseelie is elected mayor, that could spell danger to the whole city.
Eleanor and Alden must work together to make sure that doesn’t happen. But working together could activate Alden’s curse.
For Alden and Eleanor to be together, he must find a way to break his curse.
The Fae’s Curse is the first book in the Fae of Whitevale Series. The Fae of Whitevale books can be read in any order.
The Mothers of Middleton School by Vivian Sterling
I'm thrilled to share some exciting news with you!
My highly anticipated "Mothers Of Middleton School" series is available on Amazon!!! And you get book one FREE!!
I can’t wait for you to dive into this heartfelt and unforgettable journey of love!
They called themselves the "Mad Mothers" of Middleton, partly because the PTA drove them crazy, partly because heartbreak had pushed them to their edge.
Sarah was cheated on. Lila was ghosted by a workaholic husband. Mia's ex came out. Emily, Rachel, and Tessa? Different disasters, same result. No more men.
So they made a pact, wine nights over date nights, chaos over codependence, and absolutely zero romantic entanglements.
Then a hot teacher smiles at Sarah. Lila's boss actively listens. And when Tessa catches feelings at a school fundraiser? The pact starts cracking like a dropped casserole dish at a bake sale.
Now these women must ask themselves: Was the pact about avoiding love... or finally learning to choose it on their terms?
Packed with laugh-out-loud moments, heart-squeezing twists, and friendships that feel like family, The Mad Mothers of Middleton, New Beginnings is your next binge-worthy next escape!
If you've ever juggled parenting, pain, and a second shot at love, this one's for you. Scroll up and click! "Buy Now" to meet your new favorite moms!
Lost Starlight by Kayla Eshbaugh
Happily ever after was only the beginning of their story.
When a pirate Captain, named Hook, begins stealing lost boys from Pixie Isle, the pixies come to collect their debt from Prince Peter of Walden. It is his task to save these boys and remove Captain Hook from the Misted Seas forever.
Peter will do everything he can to repay his debt and make his way back to the proper, kind, and lovely Lady Gwendolyn Darling. She calms his restless heart, tames his curse, and has given him purpose in his life. She is his guiding star in an endless night. But even if he repays his debt, will she ever forgive him for leaving in the first place? Has he lost her starlight in his life forever?
Peter spent most of his life before meeting Gwendolyn longing for things far beyond Waldon's shore, cursed to always seek adventure and never be satisfied. Now, all he wants is to return home and never leave her again.
I have a debt that is due–one that comes at the steep price of my happiness.
That is the price these pixies come in the dark of night to collect.
