One minute acceptance method

During my training as a Cognitive Behavior Therapist, I've learned and practiced several tools that have helped me build my resilience.


This technique was something I've personally benefitted from in recent times, and then I decided to create it in a way so that just like me, you can access it view it, practice it, and benefit from it.


But remember, there are no shortcuts to it, so, likely, the results may not come with just one-time practice, you may need to do it more than once to reap the complete benefit of it.
