Everyone experiences stress differently.
๐๐ผSome people get physical symptoms (headaches or an upset stomach)
๐๐ผOthers might get anxious, angry, or canโt sleep
๐๐ผAnd some can get both
Getting better at managing stress does NOT mean constantly exposing yourself to it to get โstronger.โ
It means having a routine in place to manage the daily ups and downs!

โ Getting enough quality sleep each night
โ Eating a healthy diet
โ Finding ways to relax and recharge
โ Developing a positive outlook
