๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸผFinding stress management techniques that work for you

 

Everyone experiences stress differently.

 

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸผSome people get physical symptoms (headaches or an upset stomach)

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸผOthers might get anxious, angry, or canโ€™t sleep

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸผAnd some can get both

 

Getting better at managing stress does NOT mean constantly exposing yourself to it to get โ€œstronger.โ€

 

It means having a routine in place to manage the daily ups and downs!

โœ…Finding ways to relax and recharge
