When you get hungry and want to reach for something fast, you need something thatโs easy, supports your goals, and something you actually WANT to eat.
Thatโs why I always recommend creating a grab & go snack shelf in your pantry or fridge.

Here are some client favorites (Mediterranean-friendly!) you can mix and match:
๐ฅ A small handful of almonds, pistachios, or walnuts + a piece of fruit
๐ฅ Hummus with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, or mini bell peppers
๐ง A few slices of feta or manchego + olives
๐ Tinned salmon or tuna + whole-grain crackers
๐ Greek yogurt with berries + a drizzle of honey
๐ฅ Hard-boiled eggs + a pinch of sea salt + olive oil
Hereโs the secret:
โ Pair protein + fiber + healthy fat
โ Skip anything that comes in a box and leaves you hungry an hour later
