This week, your challenge is to pick ONE thing that is standing between you and your goals โ€ฆ

 

And ELIMINATE it (for this weekend only).

 

๐Ÿ‘‰It could be added sugars โ€ฆ artificial sweeteners โ€ฆ watching TV at night โ€ฆ hitting the snooze in the morning โ€ฆ your extra glass of wine at night โ€ฆ spending your lunch break watching YouTube โ€ฆ or anything else that comes to mind.

 

You probably already know what that โ€œthingโ€ is for you. 

 

๐Ÿ’กNOTE: This challenge isnโ€™t about deprivation or labeling whatever you are eliminating as โ€œbad.โ€ That can be counterproductive because it sets up all-or-nothing thinking.

 

๐ŸŒŸInstead, itโ€™s about noticing how something affects you and making informed choices about it into the future!
