Note: researchers still found higher โ€œhappiness scoresโ€ even in those who just worked out 1-2x a week.


๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ  SECOND โ€“ getting a cardio workout can help inoculate you against a bad mood for up to 12 hours!


According to research conducted at the University of Vermont, getting a 20-minute moderate-intensity workout can boost your mood for hours โ€“ helping you more easily shrug off stress. ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ
