- ๐ง Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
- ๐ถโโ๏ธ Get 30 minutes of movement (walk, workoutโyour choice!)
- ๐ฅ Eat whole, real foods (homemade if possible)
- ๐ด Sleep 7-8 hours each night
- ๐ฌ๏ธ Do 5 minutes of breathing exercises
