- ๐Ÿ’ง Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily 

- ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ Get 30 minutes of movement (walk, workoutโ€”your choice!) 

- ๐Ÿฅ— Eat whole, real foods (homemade if possible) 

- ๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep 7-8 hours each night 

- ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Do 5 minutes of breathing exercises 

- ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ End your day with 3-5 ELDOA (spine & joint exercises)
