Yep, me too. It feels like every day thereโs a new โmust-tryโ health trend. Keto! No, Paleo.
Count macros! Go plant-based! Nope, just intuitively eat!
Itโs exhausting.
And letโs be real: It usually leads to more stress, not less.
So hereโs a little secret Iโve learned after years of trial and error:
1) You have to find a plan that works for YOU.
2) The simpler, the better.
๐ Because when you keep things SIMPLE, you make it so much easier to be consistent.
So instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, focus on a few impactful habits that actually fit into your life. Hereโs what this looks like for me:
- Instead of a complicated meal plan, I stick to 5 meals I know are healthy and delicious.
- I make sure I get in 20 minutes of strength training three times a week instead of stressing about long gym sessions โ no matter what.
Simple? Yes.
Boring? Maybe.
Effective? Absolutely
And you know what? The results are way more sustainable.
