There’s a belief about fitness that’s been floating around for YEARS (decades!!!), and it holds a lot of people back.
Seriously, once you start paying attention, you’ll see it EVERYWHERE: in ads, social media posts, and even old-school workout culture.
Somewhere along the way, fitness got reduced to this:
Move your body → Burn calories → Feel sore → Repeat.
