6 Workouts That Actually Work This Summer

Fast, sweaty, and trainer-approved.

#1: 20-Minute Power Circuit (3 Rounds)

✅ 10 squats (bodyweight or dumbbells)

✅ 10 elevated pushups (use a bench or table)

✅ One Arm 10 bent-over rows (dumbbells or backpack)

✅ 10 step-ups or reverse lunges

 ⏱ 30 sec rest between rounds


#2: Core + Legs Quickie (3 Rounds)

🔥 10 walking lunges

🔥 10 slow mountain climbers (per leg)

🔥 10 glute bridges

🔥 10-second side planks (each side)

🔥 10 burpees

🔥 Rest 1-2 minutes


#3: Deck of Cards Burnout ♠️♥️♣️♦️

Assign a move to each suit:

♠️ Pushups

♥️ Squats

♣️ Rows

♦️ Core (plank shoulder taps or Bird Dog Hold 10 seconds each side)

Draw 10–12 cards. Do the number shown.

Face cards = 10, Ace = 11.


#4: No Repeat Conditioning (3 Rounds)

30 seconds each:

Jump squats

Pushups

Mountain climbers

Lateral lunges

High knees

Plank

Side plank (left)

Side plank (right)

1-minute rest between rounds


#5: 10-Minute EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)

🟢Odd minutes:

10 goblet squats + 10 pushups

🟢Even minutes:

30 sec fast mountain climbers

🟢Finisher:

1-minute wall sit


#6: Walk + Finisher Combo

10 minutes Dynamic Total Body Warm-up

Then:

15 kettlebell swings or deadlifts

10 pushups

10 walking lunges with rotation

Repeat 2x. You’re done.
