I'm Dr. Sandra Hamilton, and I created this retreat for a very specific kind of person.

Not someone in crisis. Not someone whose life is falling apart.

But someone whose life works beautifully on the outside, and who still carries a quiet, persistent sense that it could feel more fully their own.

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing more about what this experience is, where it takes place, and what three days at Good Hope Great House in Jamaica can offer the person who has been carrying a great deal for a very long time.
