How are you really doing?

Dear ,

October is World Mental Health Month, and I just want to remind you of something vey simple yet we often forget: It's okay not to be okay.

So many of us carry invisible stories — of pain, pressure, loss, or quiet exhaustion — and still feel like we have to "hold it all together." But healing doesn't always look like strength.

Sometimes, it looks like admitting you're tired. Sometimes, it's choosing rest over resilience. And sometimes, it's just whispering, "I need help."

This month, I want to walk beside you. Whether that's through the Soul Story Retreat I'm offering — a space where we'll unpack those hidden narratives and write new ones rooted in truth, safety, and self-compassion — or simply through these emails, you don't have to do this alone.

So tell me: what would support you most right now?

Maybe it's understanding grief, navigating a difficult relationship, or rebuilding confidence after betrayal.

Hit reply and let me know — I'm listening.

Because you deserve to be seen — not just when you're strong, but especially when you're struggling.

With gentleness and grace,

Dr. H

Cultivating Quiet Power & Lasting Confidence

P.S. If you've been thinking about having a real conversation about what you're carrying, I still have a few consultation spots open this month. No pressure — just presence. Book here
