Thanks so much for responding to the Healing Hearts ad on FB/IG. The Healing Hearts Retreat is for women over 30 years old who have gone through struggles and trauma in life including sexual abuse.

I was abused as a young girl. The sexual trauma inflicted on me as a child affected my behaviour for several years. Sometimes I was aware that it was my driving force, at other times I could not fathom my suicidal desires, my mood swings nor my self sabotage. It affected my job, career and of course, my relationships.

It was not until I was in my 50's that I found understanding, clarity and resolution. It is now my life mission to help others who have been there.

Healing Hearts Retreat is one step in this journey. I am looking forward to help you, , to find clarity and release the mental fog that sometimes overtakes us.
