A gentle Soul Repair gathering Monday evening
Feb 20, 2026 12:01 pm
Dear ,
As we move deeper into Soul Repair, I want to create a moment for us to gather quietly, to settle together.
On Monday evening, February 23rd, I’ll be hosting a short Zoom session for our community. Just the six of us at 6:30 pm Eastern.
This is a space to arrive, breathe, and reconnect.
You may have noticed the small change in the course visuals—the filigree gold line. It’s a subtle reminder of the importance of beauty returning.
Not loudly. Not urgently.
But softly, in its own time.
Our time together on Monday is meant to hold that same energy.
This space
You’ll find comfort in knowing that the women gathering on Monday are carrying many of the same burdens you may be carrying—marital challenges, broken or strained relationships, long-standing family wounds, the heavy responsibility of mothering alone, and the quiet exhaustion of always being the strong one.
You are not coming into a polished room.
You are coming into a human one.
What to expect on Monday
- a brief grounding to settle the body
- gentle space to talk about your movements so far
- reflection on the ways your feelings may be shifting
- room to explore the quiet ways your soul is beginning to repair
- presence without pressure
- belonging without performance
- a safe space to speak your truth
Nothing to prepare.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to prove.
Your presence is enough.
A note on safety & privacy
To protect the honesty of our sharing, this gathering will not be recorded.
If you are unable to attend, I’ll send a gentle written reflection afterward so you can still feel connected to the energy and essence of the gathering.
But our shared space will remain private and unrecorded, as it should be.
