The Story of Silence

Dear ,

There is a version of strength many men were taught to admire.

The man who never complains.

The man who never breaks.

The man who carries everything without asking for help.

But carrying pain in silence doesn't make it disappear.

It simply teaches you to hide it.

, the strongest men I know are not the ones who never hurt. They are the ones who find the courage to tell the truth about where it hurts.

The truth about the loneliness.

The exhaustion.

The disappointment.

The grief.

Because healing begins where honesty lives.

Fearless isn't pretending you're okay.

Fearless is telling the truth to yourself first.

Your pain does not make you weak, .

It makes you human.
