Breath and Belonging in Soul Repair
Feb 24, 2026 4:30 am
Hello ,
Thank you for being present this evening.
There was something steady and meaningful about the space we held together.
Angela’s flute offering was a gift — soft, grounding, and deeply regulating.
It reminded us that healing does not always come through words. Sometimes it comes through sound. Through breath. Through being.
In our time together, you named what you are truly learning in this course:
To regulate your emotions.
To not allow others to dictate your internal state.
To slow down.
To soften anxiety instead of fighting it.
You spoke about wanting to feel worthy.
Supported by your spouse/partner — without having to ask.
Safe.
Held.
Considered.
We moved into meditation around each of those longings.
Not to force them into existence.
But to help your body experience what they feel like.
Because once your nervous system knows the feeling of safety and worthiness, it stops chasing it so desperately outside of you.
As promised, I am sending the Sleep Restoration meditation recording separately so you can continue integrating this work at night — when the body is most receptive.
Thank you for your openness.
For your honesty.
For participating fully.
We move slowly here.
With steadiness,
Dr H
