Who Do You Trust?

Dear ,
Trust is fragile.
Many of us can tell stories of hurt, betrayal, and broken promises. But the deeper question is not only whether we can trust others again. It is whether we can trust ourselves—our voice, our wisdom, and our boundaries.
Trust is an issue for so many of us.
Men, women, children.... we've all been there. We have had our trust broken, but, we've also broken the sacred trust that another person has put in us.
Over time, those experiences can quietly shape how we move through the world.
We become cautious. Guarded. Sometimes even silent.
And yet, trust remains one of the most important foundations of any meaningful relationship—with others and with ourselves.
Learning to trust again is not about pretending the past didn’t happen.
It is about slowly remembering our own wisdom… our ability to discern, to set boundaries, and to choose relationships that honor who we are becoming.
So today I invite you to pause and reflect.
What has your journey with trust taught you?
I would love to hear your thoughts. Feel free to respond to the post and share what this reflection brings up for you.
