Recently, I was reminded of how often I’ve overlooked my health—not appreciating it until it was tested. I realized that I’ve had countless opportunities to respect and honor my body, yet I sometimes took its strength for granted. This reflection brought clarity: our bodies deserve gratitude and care, not only for what they endure but for the joy and opportunities they allow us to experience.


This week, I encourage you to embrace gratitude in all its forms. Be thankful for:

  • Your Body: The vessel that carries you through life, allowing you to hug loved ones, chase dreams, and stand tall in moments of pride and achievement.
  • The Movement: Each workout, walk, or stretch is a celebration of what your body can do, no matter the stage of your journey.
  • Your Community: The friends, family, and coaches who stand beside you, offering strength and connection in every step of your path.


As coaches, we are deeply thankful for you—your dedication to health, your authenticity, and the trust you place in us to guide you. Every effort you make to prioritize your well-being inspires us to do the same.
