Ugly crier? (Me too.) This one's for you! + FREE PDF Templates

Short for time? Here's this week's new therapeutic art video!

Truth time: I'm an ugly crier.

No seriously! I must literally have thin skin or something, because every blood vessel in my face and neck turns beet red - but not uniformily, no! It's like I splattered myself in beet juice. Splotches galore team up with an extreme puffiness in my eyes. If I've been crying a while, only a good night's sleep can get my eyes back to normal.

Oh yeah, and I've still not found a mascara that can hold up to MY tears. Yikes.

But over the years - and with much practice in crying - I've come to see and appreciate the beauty behind tears.

Letting your tears flow can feel terrifying, but tears are key to letting out our grief and pain. They ultimately pave the way for our healing process.

This FREE therapeutic art project is designed to help you let go a little. It's not gonna destroy you, I promise. <3

Find a safe, quiet space, grab a box of tissues, and grab a few art supplies:

- one page of watercolor paper or card stock

- watercolor paints, brushes, and water cup

- a white crayon

- a pinch of salt (sea salt or table salt is fine)

- *Printed PDF template

Then head over to Youtube for our next free therapeutic art video.

You can do this! I'm here with you in the process,

*PS: Some of my video projects (including this week's) utilize printable templates - harkening back to the days when these videos were a paid course. I finally figured out how to get these templates to you for FREE. This is a Dropbox link that will allow you to access all the templates you need. I'll add to the folder every time there's a new project with a template. Hope that makes it easier for you!
