Why am I STILL grieving??

Grief art is all about embracing the PROCESS - let's make something together this week!

Hello, !

Have you ever wondered:

Wait, am I grieving?

And then thought,

WHY am I STILL grieving??

I've been there.

It may be months, or even years since your loss, and yet grief remains much longer than we're willing to admit. If we try to rush through our grief, stuff it down, or ignore it, it simply remains dormant - waiting for a time and place when it can be expressed. Grief is a long-term process.

This week I'm talking about embracing the long-term process of grief.

Short on time? Here's the link to the FREE tutorial.

Grief ART is all about the PROCESS. The goal isn't to create a beautiful, perfect masterpiece as soon as possible. The goal is to take time to slow down, and focus on your feelings and thoughts as you create. The final product is just a bonus!

Learn from a modern Japanese artist who also embraces PROCESS. His name is Motoi Yamamoto, and he also creates in a way that helps him express his own loss.

Then, you're invited to create your own process art inspired by his style.

I invite you to make something with me! (Project takes two short sessions, to allow glue to dry in-between. It uses minimal supplies, great for beginners.)
