Hey , how's it going?

I know I wouldn’t be where I am today if I hadn’t learned to express my heart through art. I'm guessing you're either totally on-board with that idea, OR you're growing towards it.

Expressing our hearts through art can be both a personal process, and a community-oriented one.

So in light of *almost* reaching 1K followers on Instagram, I thought I’d host a community art show on IG.

If you're a fellow Insta-fan, I'd love for you to join in the fun! It's not a contest, so all skill levels are welcome. Plus, it's totally free.

Let’s see a piece of art* you made that expresses your heart!

Art* includes: visual artwork (like drawings, paintings, etc.), crafts (like embroidery, stamping, etc.), dance, a poem, a song… you get the idea.

The content of your art can be anything from today’s Monday mood to grief over a lost loved one, from voicing anxiety about grad school to rediscovering joy as you watercolor to your favorite song.

To enter:

1. Post a picture or video of your art* on your own Instagram account. Art must be your own original work!!

2. In the post's comments, share what your art* means to you.

3. Tag@projectgriefart 

4. Add #EYHinstaartshow to make sure I see your entry.

5. Tag someone else who's got art to share.
