How do you know how much exercise to do? Know your limits!

We are all different, different personalities, different shapes, different sizes and we must listen to our bodies.  👍


Learn to know what it can and can't do. Learn our limits.   Sometimes we try something new and we might feel achy and sore, maybe it’s not right for our body, maybe it is but how do you know the difference? That’s a regular question I get asked by any new student and I always say,  if you feel ache for a day or 2 that's ok it’s either muscle growth or your muscles stretching out. If you ache for 3 days or more, then you have done too much.
