I’m excited to announce that we have a Sound Meditation session coming up in December! In addition to our popular Friday evening session, we’re adding a new daytime option – perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing escape during the day.
These sessions offer powerful benefits: **improve your sleep, reduce anxiety, boost your immune system,** and help you to tap into a profound sense of **inner peace and relaxation.** Don’t wait any longer to experience the transformative power of sound healing.

What to Bring
Please bring an exercise mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, cushion, comfy clothing, and a bottle of water.
What to Expect:
You'll lie comfortably on the floor or in a chair, and I will guide you through a gentle relaxation. As the gongs and singing bowls play, you’ll feel the soothing vibrations helping you unwind and rejuvenate.
