Hi ,
I'm excited to share another inside look at Codelessly today. But first, let's run through a few action items on the agenda.
Codelessly Jobs
We've launched our Equipment Purchase Program at Codelessly that reimburses $800 in technology and equipment purchases per year!
A job at Codelessly is an opportunity to solve app development problems that cannot be solved without an integrated, end-to-end platform.
If you'd like to help develop Codelessly, solve problems fundamental to app development, and improve the lives of fellow developers, please apply by replying to this email with your Github profile.
Survey Results
Last week, I sent out a quick 3-minute survey asking you what you expect for design to code. Thank you to everyone that filled out the survey!
If you'd like to see the results of the survey, there's still time to complete the survey this week.
Everyone that completes the survey will be emailed the survey results, it's only fair!
Sneak Peak
Here's a preview of our alignment selector.
A lot of alignment selectors look very complex and intimidating. Our goal was to create one that looked simple and immediately obvious. Did we succeed or did you spend a minute trying to understand how it works? Please let me know!
Increase Development Productivity
For me, development this week was productive and fun thanks to Detective. Detective is a powerful tool that's helping me solve bugs and saving me hours of development time each week. Created by the talented Norbert Kozier, this is a real-time Flutter state inspector with wonderful features such as:
Launching in 0.5 seconds
Edit state variables
Sync with app state in real time
Trigger functions
Help catch and fix errors
Honestly, with the time Detective is saving me, I'm able to write these emails and share more Codelessly updates with you! I can't wait until Codelessly begins to free up dozens of hours for you as well. What will you do with the time saved?
Summary
In summary:
- Apply to or share our Flutter job listing.
- Take our survey if you'd like to see the results.
- Check out Detective for a better development experience.
Yours truly,
Ray @ Codelessly
