Firstly, thank you for joining us here at Codelessly on our mission to simplify and speed up app development. Be being here, you dare to believe that the app development experience can be easier and that there's room for improvement.
When I tell people that app development can be 10-20x faster, that a month of development can be completed in a day, some people get very angry. They feel like I'm personally attacking them or I'm saying that their way of development is bad.
That's absolutely not the case. Software helps automate and enable greater business capabilities. Why shouldn't there be software to make our lives as developers easier? Software that lets us build apps faster and easier, saving money on development costs? As someone that's been developing apps for over 10 years, I can tell you that there are many parts of software development that take too much time and I would love to automate.
For example, have you ever spent nights or weekends working to finish a project or shipping a release? Wouldn't it be great to have more time to exercise, enjoy the outdoors, or spend time with family? Codelessly can give you that time.
Codelessly saves time and money by converting Figma designs to Flutter. Our Cloud UI deployment pipeline allows publishing UI updates directly to production apps and enables changing UI in published apps. I'll share more details about this in a future email.
For the time being, I'm excited to share a look at our Figma to Flutter conversion. The image below shows our text formatting tests. From the image, you'll see that text rendering is very complex with many edge cases to support. We've spent dozens of hours getting everything to render correctly because anything less than 100% is incorrect.
