Mizzou Associate Head Coach CY Young knows Fast Break.

I got to watch him share a talk on Intricate Details of Transition Offense.

In this He shared:

• The importance of knowing where to go in transition and using the entire width and depth of the floor for spacing
• Working on shooting the 3 in transition and how to drill it
• Adjusting your transition offense when you have bigger post players

My biggest takeaway was this….Fast break basketball is about discipline each and every time to race down the floor and take good to great shots.
