As you know history shows that teams who can consistently perform well on the glass have better chances of winning.
At no surprise, rebounding is one of the most important aspects of the game of basketball, let alone winning games.
Here are 3 drills to help improve a team's rebounding:
#1 - Half Court Hustle
The Half Court Hustle drill is a terrific drill that teaches players to hustle to rebound out of their playing area.
The drill consists of having a player shoot the basketball from either wing. There is a line that starts at half court with all other players.
The player on the wing will take a shot. On the rise of the shot, the player at half court sprints in to try to gather the rebound and finish.
The goal is to get to the basketball before it hits the ground and lay it in.

#2 - Go Get It
The Go Get It drill is a great drill that teaches multiple effort rebounding.
The drill starts with a player around the free-throw line with the basketball. That player throws it off the backboard and has to soar and rebound the basketball.
During this process, there are two players or coaches that have pads that are trying to prevent the player from rebounding the basketball.
After the rebound, that player has to rise and finish the play with a layup. (Click on Image to Play Video)

#3 - Tug of War
The Tug of War drill is a great drill to see which player really wants the basketball. The drill will teach players to fight for the rebound.
The drill consists of a coach holding the basketball while two players are standing waiting to play tug of war to fight for the rebound.
This is a really good drill that helps a team fight for 50/50 balls.
