3 ways to feel less nervous starting today

Hello ,


I lead a workshop last week that made me SUPER NERVOUS!


It was an Instagram livestream, and it was about, get this, how to NOT feel nervous when you speak in public.


Kind of ironic, yes?


You see, I'm comfortable making pre-recorded IG reels and Youtube videos. I've made videos for several years now and I encourage my clients do as well (I see you :)


But going LIVE? Errr, not so much.


So how did I do it?


I drank my own champagne.


I literally followed the 3 steps that I teach in the workshop to settle my own nerves before I went live.


These 3 steps truly helped me calm my nerves, reframe my fear, and feel less freaked out about trying a new thing. I believe these skills will help you too.


I share this with you not to brag (well maybe just a little) but to remind you that we can stretch ourselves, that "We Can Do Hard Things", just like Glennon Doyle's brilliant podcast reminds us.


It's not a perfect livestream, but it's good, and I did the hard thing!
