Today I want to show another strategy to help you feel more calm. You will learn how to release your stress and tension using my proven warmup routine.
When we feel anxious before we speak in public, we can experience tension in our jaw, neck and shoulders. This tension can cause discomfort, pain, injury, and even contribute to a lack of confidence.
Do you experience any tension when you speak?
It's helpful to learn key stretches to help alleviate any tension and settle your nerves.
This same routine has helped thousands of my clients feel more calm & confident, and it will help you as well!
