Do you run out of steam?

Hi ,
Do you run out of steam when you speak at meetings and social gatherings?
Are you using your vocal instrument correctly when you speak?
Here are 3 reasons why strengthening your vocal instrument matters:
Your vocal personality:
When we speak, we share important vocal social cues about our personality.
People can perceive us as friendly, interesting, and trustworthy just based on the sound of our voice.
Does your voice actually match your personality?
- If you speak too softly, you may be perceived as weak.
- If you mumble, people may not trust what you are saying.
- If you are nervous when you speak, people may think you don't know what you're talking about.
When you gain vocal awareness, you'll be able to feel more authentic when you speak. Learn vocal exercises and speech strategies to help you share your TRUE personality.
Your vocal health:
We speak constantly in meetings and social gatherings and we need to learn how to pace our vocal instrument.
We also need to use enough breath support and good posture to avoid vocal injury.
Practice healthy vocal habits and know when to rest and recharge your voice.
When we learn how fully support our voice with proper technique and helpful strategies, we can maintain a healthy voice for our entire life.
