I get emails from folks sharing their excitement to find the right scooter or they just found their perfect scooter.

I am always so stinking happy to share in that excitement. Truly! 😀

I missed last weekend's newsletter because I took an impromptu trip to a town just over 3 hours away to try out a scooter 🛵 I've been wanting to test drive for over 5 months. When the dealer called, I jumped on it!

And I do not like that some folks will have you order a scooter you've never ridden. I'm glad I didn't in this case! I honestly didn't expect to buy a scooter that day, but I did! (but not the one I specifically went for the test drive)

I have genuinely had nothing but good experiences in all of my many trips to the various dealers within 5 hours of Houston. (I am seriously committed to scooters)

But this dealer had the most scooters I have ever seen at one time. It was truly impressive. That & I bugged the owner for FOUR hours on Saturday with questions, test rides, and indecision.

Finally Recording Again - Share Your Ideas

The emails you guys send, chats on Instagram, and comments on YouTube keep me motivated to write, record, and learn as much as I can.

I got out to record again last Sunday, so I'll have a fresh YouTube video up shortly about the Disney Pixar movie, Luca & some beginner scooter questions I've received since it came out.

I also have a ridiculous amount of ideas I'm putting together a calendar for to help me stay more organized & consistent on videos and posts. I'm in planning mode, so toss me anything you want to know more about. I'll do my best to work it in!

Random Riding Tidbits

I try not to make these emails long, but I'm chatty & love scooters. Forgive me. Or just skim. 😄

While out recording, I did some riding in the 20mph areas, and I would take my camera out of my pocket to capture things. I left my gloves off in that area. I was coming to a stop for a photo, and low & behold - a bee got me in between my fingers!

Pulling into my neighborhood, I got one heck of a smack on my helmet shield by a random-but-seemingly big bug.

Wear that gear! Almost all rides are uneventful... until they aren't!

Also while out, I had the sweetest pair of older women approach me while recording. I struggle to record in front of strangers, but they just loved the Buddy Kick I was out and about on & just had to swing over for a chat.
