π΅ What I'm most thankful for

Your turkey time is done, ! π¦
I just ate my 2nd round of leftovers for breakfast, and I'm over it. π Pizza or π₯ salad anyone? Anything but turkey!?!
I was talking to a UK based friend yesterday who asked something along the lines - How is Thanksgiving bigger than Christmas?
Um. It's not. Thanksgiving 'round these parts is more like a holiday season kick-off. ππ βππ
But itβs always a nice idea to reflect a little in the midst of the chaos. Whether that is chaos on the road or the activity in the kitchen, what are you grateful for?
I am grateful for family.
- Weβve expanded with a grandbaby (this week). πΆ
- My husband broke his leg & recovered. π€π
- My teen got his driverβs license. π³π
- My step-son was able to spread his wings & move out (but still close) π .
Lots of goodness to be grateful for in the family category.
I count you as part of my scooter family. Itβs been such a neat experience to meet people online (& some of you in real life). I love that you share your adventures with me that sometimes go beyond the scooter because we are more than scooters.
Weβre people brought together through scooters, but the warmth and comradery was not something I expected.
I am grateful.
Be seen & be safe, scooter friend! β₯
Take care,
~Renee (aka Scooter Newbie)
PS: There are a bunch of deals out there, so if you need gear I keep my Fav Gear page updated with what we're using year-round. Some of the brands we use like Sedici, REAX, RAM Mounts & even some Shoei helmets are on sale through Revzilla. (Affiliate links: Purchase through those links & I may get a commission, but you WILL be safer no matter where you buy it. π)
