It's finally sunny! Now we can celebrate!
The only problem is I'm cold blooded.
need water
And yet through it all I'm still sweating over the typewriter (not cought up to computers yet) in the bowels of my dungeon. I ended up taking a respite on a historic steam ship round the coast.
Seeing those old machines, some in better working order than I am, got me thinking about the progress of technology. Technology gives us convenience and scope. If it weren't for those early pioneers of technology we wouldn't have all those modern coveniences and the scope to make visiting other worlds a reality.
To date we've probed nearly every body in our solar system and photographed so many more. Us dreamers feed off this information and conjure up an eclectic mix of worlds to visit, conquer or flee from.
I'm a huge fan of sci-fi and fantasy which I think realise these dreams in superb and sometimes eery realism. It's entertaining at the very least. You've seen just one of these worlds in my own fiction.
But this week I've partnered up with other-worldly dreamers (we're really just a bunch of nutters who like the people in our head more than the real thing), and we've got you a stellar (pun) rosta of worlds for you to explore.
As advertised, it's all things sci-fi. There's someone in the mix who's got just the right dish to sate your appetite.
And I want to give a special shout-out to James Murdo who's offering the first in his new trilogy at a discounted rate. James is the auhor of several books, all in the Wanderer universe and populates his worlds full of the weird and wonderful and I highly recommend checking him out.
I hope these worlds have a chance of keeping you satisfied until the next time when there'll be even more books to go through.
Have a great read and you'll be hearing from me again real soon.
