Summer updates and choose you heir...

Dear ,
I hope you’re having a wonderful summer and finding plenty of time to dive into good books. I’ve just finished Fourth Wing and I still can’t decide whether that final twist is pure genius… or completely shatters the leading couple’s relationship. Of all the secrets to keep, that one is a whopper.
Speaking of secrets, I’m now deep in the web of deception in Book 2 of The Intrigue of Magic and, if everything goes to plan, I should have it ready for a developmental editor in the next month or two.
But for now, it’s time to get more acquainted with the Southern royals in The Cost of Magic.
In this prequel, three South Parsan heirs are preparing for the future of the kingdom — and all of them have very different ideas about what should come next.
Torvia isn’t meant to choose sides. She’s there to train, protect the prince, and complete her mission. But in a palace built on politics, staying neutral isn’t always an option…
Meet the heirs:
⚔️ Prince Ademir – The eldest and long-term protector of the kingdom. A seasoned general shaped by war and duty. His reputation is intimidating, but those who’ve earned his loyalty know it runs deep — and it’s unshakeable.
👑 Princess Safia – Composed, calculating, and utterly self-assured. Safia inspires loyalty not through speeches, but through strategy — and few realise just how far ahead she’s planning.
🔮 Prince Otis – The youngest of the siblings. Effortlessly likeable, endlessly curious, and sharper than he lets on. His magic is stronger than most people realise — and he’s not above using that to his advantage.
Each of them could lead.
Which vision of South Parsa would you follow?
