If you've opened and read my email from last month titled ''My Self-care Camino & Your Personal Growth Journey'' you'd know I went on a 280km hike as I walked the distance from Porto, Portugal to Santiago de Compostela, Spain. I completed my Camino and I can say it was amazing - as these 280km I walked not so much towards Santiago, but towards myself. I wrote a reflective story about my journey, and if you want to check it out - it's here.
