Hi loves,
I’ve been quiet through August — not because I disappeared, but because my body told me to rest.
At the end of June, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease. July became a month of deep healing: I completed a short cycle of antibiotics (a rare choice for me, but the guidance was clear) and then transitioned into a natural protocol. I’ve been on a parasite diet with only whole foods, detox clay, and beautiful herbs to restore my immune system and tell the Lyme it can leave — with gratitude for the rest and reset it gave me.
This pause has been more than physical healing. It’s been a sacred time to write out my soul codes — the energy, wisdom, and stories I’ve gathered over a lifetime. It’s time to share them.
Resting my left leg, which swells and eases in waves, has felt symbolic. The left side is the divine feminine — the side of receiving, intuition, and flow. And in this space, I’ve been recording both my book (through voice dictation, because I’m a speaker at heart) and my podcast.
The 5D Codes Podcast Season 2 has just begun. I’m releasing episodes one by one. The first two are here:

A friend who listened to Episode 2 told me she received deep activation from it. Later, she sent me a song titled Two in reverse — I instantly saw the infinity sign in my mind. That number has been sacred to me for years: the day I was born, the symbol of flow, and a reminder that divine timing always delivers what’s meant to arrive.
I’ve also been reflecting on my relationship with money. I haven’t charged a direct fee for my offerings yet. This isn’t about under-valuing my work — it’s about integrity. I want my offerings to land with the people they’re meant for, whether they can afford a high-ticket price or need it gifted to them. The balance I’m seeking is how to meet people exactly where they are while still providing for myself and my daughter.

- Opportunities to join my sound baths, Reiki training, and quantum activation journeys! (I just created some landing pages for these. I’ll be teaching Reiki in Grants Pass, Oregon last weekend of September. I hope to be sharing some of these nature Soundbath as it flows in my travels and beyond when my energy levels tell me I can.
