The kids are back in school.
Spent August on a short family vacay to one of my favorite cities, Charleston, SC and then we did mountains of laundry, repacked the car and drove our middle child across the country for him to start college in Montana! We live in North Carolina so the drive was 4 days with a stop-off at the magnificent Mount Rushmore! Another 4 days back in the car with just hubby and me and we not only survived but thrived! We actually like each other more now! Miracles do exist! (Personally, I was a bit concerned we would get on each other's nerves and one of us would get dropped off at an airport for the rest of the return trip.)
So now it's down to business again!

Second, I have completed Falling for the Devil, a sexy take on the fall of the most beloved archangel from grace. My lovely editor LOVED it! She even gave me the biggest compliment by comparing one line of dialogue as worthy of Romeo & Juliet (I'm a HUGE Shakespeare fan so that made my day, my week, and my year)!
However... instead of releasing FFTD in Sept/Oct timeframe, I have decided to push off the release until January 24, 2023. Up until now, I have never actually followed a release plan (I write, get it edited, get pretty cover made, format, and hit PUBLISH). This time I want to try to a pre-launch release plan/marketing schedule to see if that will get more eyes on my precious book baby because I am so in LOVE with this story! Please have patience with me.
