The first attempt to purchase candy for Halloween that actually survives to Halloween to be handed out to trick-or-treaters was unsuccessful--gone practically overnight. Guess I'll try again closer to the deadline. Besides knowing myself and my addiction to the banana flavored taffy... I'm not really looking forward to another big hit bill from the dentist office so let's play it safe and stick to spookies instead.

But that doesn't mean I can't send out sweetness into the book-loving universe during this festive time of year!
