Hello !

Thanks for being part of the 2022 Series!

Firstly, we want to acknowledge the palawa people of lutruwita/Tasmania as the traditional owners of the land we live, work and run. A big thank you to palawa man Todd Sculthorpe who welcomed us with such warmth - and humour - at our events this year.

With the end of another year, we would love to hear from you!

We’d really appreciate if you could spend just 5 minutes filling out this survey to let us know what you liked and what you might like to see change in 2023. These events are for you and we want to make sure they’re everything you want!

From your 2022 highlight to the courses, and what kind of kTS merch you'd like in 2023...we want to know!

Lots and lots of thank you's

We welcomed Ventia as a partner in 2022 and what a favourite their free BBQs have been! It’s been really lovely to see people stick around, catch up and have a yarn after their runs this year - and grab a bite to eat. Community is such an important part of what we do and we really have appreciated Ventia’s support this year.

We’ve also been incredibly spoilt by our many other partners in 2022!

A huge thanks to Find Your Feet, Quay Health and Pilates, Ally's Hot Shots Coffee, Smitten, Next Door Deluxe Coffee, Geographica, Squirrel’s Nut Butter, Bix, Hansen OrchardsBonorong Wildlife Sanctuary.

Our amazing volunteers

A big thanks to everyone who volunteered this year! And a equally big shout out to those who have kept coming back from more and volunteered at several (if not all!) our events this year.

We really couldn’t put these events on without volunteers - from the course markers and sweeps, to course marshals, event hub crew including BBQ cooks and our photographers who provide the awesome pics of you out in your element!

If you would like to have a go at volunteering and give back in 2023 too, you can let us know via our survey! :)

Let us know if you want to volunteer!

You’ve helped our Tassie wildlife

Since the kunanyi Trail Series began in 2019, $2 from every runner’s registration has been donated to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary. This year we’ve had a record number of runners which means our donation this year is also a record! We’re donating $1256 - here’s a little thank you from Bonorong’s Director Greg Irons, or check him out with his mate Silver saying thanks too

2023 is just around the corner

We have lots planned for kunanyi Trail Series in 2023! We’re really excited about the four events and can’t wait to unveil them. Watch this space! (or rather, your email inbox and our Facebook and Instagram pages!)

Our 2023 Series will kick off on the last weekend of January with two popular courses combined into one event (one course as the Enduro and the other our Sport event)…with the Event Hub at Fern Tree. That’s a pretty good hint but if you’re not quite sure, we hope to be able to announce it in coming weeks!

Until then, if you have something you want to tell us, please do fill out this survey! Thank you!

No doubt we’ll see you out and about on the trails over Spring and Summer!

Cat, James, Nikki and Lincoln

AND...it's goodbye from Nikki and James

To our awesome trail running community: thank you so much for your passion, kindness and support for the kunanyi Trail Series. We are stepping away from the business to focus on other priorities.

We have had such an amazing time and look forward to watching kTS continue to grow and thrive under Cat and Linc's guidance.

See you on the trails! Cheers, Nikki and James Burrows
