Season 2022 Finale - Waterworks 10 and 5
Sep 19, 2022 10:46 am
Hi ,
Have you heard that the Waterworks 10 run on October 9 is now 95% on trails? We’ve tweaked the route to keep all the best trails and have removed almost all of the road! Yeah!
AND we have a brand new Waterworks 5 course (Sport route) - which could be perfect for family, or perhaps a friend or two who might be new to trail running. It’s a great introductory trail run!
There’s just 3 weeks to go to Waterworks 10 and 5 on Sunday October 9 and registrations are still open!
The Courses
The days are getting longer and (a bit!) warmer! It’s definitely Spring and great running weather. As has been tradition, these runs are in the afternoon to make the most of the longer days!
You can check out the courses on Strava:
At Waterworks
Here’s what other great stuff we’ll have going on at Waterworks!

For those of you who signed up to all four events at the start of the year (and haven’t yet grabbed your unique kunanyi Trail Series keep cup), please register and come along on October 9 to get it!
And please remember to register for the Waterworks event so we have you on our starting list.
All registrations are open until midnight Thursday 6 October.
Pre-race Info
For those of you registered for the Waterworks events, we’ll send a pre-race booklet out next week with all of the information you need.
Until then, happy running!
