Hi !
Run with kunanyi over the January long weekend
Feeling exhausted in the lead up to Christmas? We've got the perfect antidote!
Or maybe you're looking to #runwithkunanyi before the big day and have been wondering how to deal with the logistics?
Maybe you want to have the chance to run the full Leg 4 (Mountain River to Cathedral) which includes private land?
Or are you looking for tips on how to tackle the elevation in the Ultra leg 1, which is also the Mountain Run uphill (runHub to the Pinnacle)?
If the answers are yes, yes and yes (or if it's something else) our Training Camps may be for you!
Spots are limited! Sign up to our training camps via your EventPlus profile.
Make a weekend of it
If you're travelling inter or intra-state, we've taken the stress out of trying to find accommodation (especially on a busy long weekend!)
Stay with our mates at the Old Woolstore who are offering 10% off just for you!
There is limited availability though so book now to avoid missing out!
Two or four wheels to get you around
Our Training Camps all start at the carpark at the Cascade Brewery Silos - which is just a little scoot down the Hobart Rivulet if you're so inclined!
But if you want to get further afield and need 4 wheels rather than 2, book with our mates at Budget.
Group coaching: exclusively designed for women
Steps to kMR (by Tread) is another coaching opportunity in the lead up to #kMR2024, and it's been exclusively designed for women! Elevate your kMR experience by building a little community through Lisa's small group coaching.
Lisa is running an 8-week program (starting late January) which will include weekly group training sessions, course familiarity runs and race weekend support. There are a few spots available!
Tuesday mornings: Eastern Shore
Thursday evenings: South Hobart
We hope you have the chance to get out on the trails and into the bush over the next few weeks!
Lincoln and the rest of the kMR team
We acknowledge the palawa people of lutruwita as the traditional owners of the land on which we live, work and run. We respect their culture and ongoing custodianship of the land. We pay our respect to all Tasmanian Aboriginal people, and Elders past, present, and emerging.
