That's a wrap on #kMR2024 🙏 thank you for being part of it

Hi !
What a weekend! For those who were able to join us, we hope you absolutely loved your experience.
Whether you had a #runwithkunanyi, supported your runner, learnt and heard stories of the mountain and culture, or you volunteered! (Or did some of it all)
Scroll down for info on your Event Photos, and we have a small favour to ask! We'd love you to please spend about 5 minutes completing a survey (whether you were a runner or volunteer). It helps us to keep making kMR the very best it can be!
Thank you
We also want to say an extra special thanks to our community.
That includes the Tasmanian Aboriginal community for embracing us, and sharing so many stories and your cultural knowledge across the weekend, and others like the City of Hobart teams, and the Tasmanian Land Conservancy who were part of the Mountain Culture hub.
And of course our community also includes our incredible volunteer crew. They gave up hours of their own time to mark & sweep the course, work at aid stations, direct and cheer runners on (cowbells in hand!), check runners in, sell merch, take photos and videos, clean toilets, pick up rubbish and so, so much more!
And it includes all our partners, especially our Presenting Partner Salomon, who brought us the very first Golden Trail National Series as well!
Your results are waiting!
Your #kMR2024 Event Photos
We had a team of dedicated volunteer photographers out on course to capture your run with kunanyi - which means you'll be able to download them for FREE.
We'll be sharing the link to the Event Photos tomorrow, so please keep an eye on your inbox or our socials! You'll be able to find all of your photos by using your bib number or uploading a selfie.
We're back in 2025
Save the date! We can't wait to return next year. Mark the 28-30 March into your calendars now and share with friends and family you want to come #runwithkunanyi!
Entries will open later this year and don't worry, we'll let you know in advance!
Share the love and your story on socials!
We know that lots of you are on the #kMR high now too and we're loving seeing your stories across socials!
Remember you can tag us @kunanyimountainrun and use our hashtags #everystepastory and #runwithkunanyi when you share the love, and your kMR story!
But for now...time to rest!
Lincoln and the kMR team
We acknowledge the palawa people of lutruwita as the traditional owners of the land on which we live, work and run. We respect their culture and ongoing custodianship of the land. We pay our respect to all Tasmanian Aboriginal people, and Elders past, present, and emerging.
