Hi !
Be inspired!
Have you been hearing a lot about "new year, new you"? We personally prefer "new year, new inspiration" because we've got plenty of that around here!
From our inspirational 2024 Scholarships Team, to having the chance to hear stories with Salomon runner Simone Brick (a total inspiration) on our 26-28 January Training Camp (PLUS a special event!) and so much more!
Read on 😊
Last chance to join our kMR2024 Training Camps!
She's otherwise known as the 'Flying Brick' and we're stoked that Simone Brick (Salomon runner, Personal Trainer, total inspo) is joining us on our Training Camps!
This is your last chance to sign up for the camps, where you'll get your very own tips from Simone and Run Director Lincoln Quilliam. There'll be plenty of fun along the way, with stories shared and lots of laughs! Plus you get to be out in the bush on the long weekend. What more could you want!
Choose one leg or multiple (remembering, the Ultra Leg 1 is also the Mountain Run uphill). There are just a few spots left and this is your last chance to sign up! 👇
And you're also invited to come hang out with Simone on January 27th at Willie Smith's Cider Shed (even if you've not taken part in the Training Camp)!
Check out the Event Info here and please RSVP!
Top tips for our Mountain Run 25km!
Keen on our Mountain Run 25km? We've got just over 50 spots left!!
This #legendaryloop is the second event in Australia's inaugural Golden Trail National Series, powered by Salomon. We're stoked that Salomon Tassie/Vic runner, Brodie Nankervis, teamed up with our mates at Find Your Feet to share his top tips for tackling the Mountain Run! Check them out 👇👇👇
The only measure of successful training?
Our good friends at Kieser Hobart have some great advice as you head into the last 9 weeks or so before #kMR2024.
Yes, you can look at your training metrics. But it can be super overwhelming and create more questions than answers!
Josh Miller, an exercise physiologist at Kieser reckons the key measure to successful training doesn’t require the newest tech, the fanciest watch, or abstract algorithms.
He says the key measure for your successful training and eventual efforts is “consistency”. And he has 3 great takeaways that we know you'll want to learn more about!
Be inspired by our kMR Scholarships Team!
Our 2024 Scholarships Team are well into their journey and had an incredible end to 2023; with 2 skills sessions, unique training plans from the legend Dave Bailey, lots of sessions at Kieser Australia, and so much more! Click on the image to read some of their stories!
Get your nutrition right!
We're stoked to be partnering with Bulk Nutrients in 2024. It's been a trailblazer in the supplement industry since 2004; and it's from right here in Tassie!
They source top-tier ingredients from around the world to provide quality supplements all over Australia from their factory in the Huon Valley (just over the other side of kunanyi).
Their commitment to health extends beyond products, driving them to support local events like kMR, sports professionals and teams, engage with charities, and contribute to the thriving health, fitness and happiness of the community.
Bulk electrolytes will be on hand at all our aid stations, and our runHub recovery station. You can try it out before #kMR2024 at our Training Camps, or get your hands on some now by ordering online! ☝️
We've got just 9 weeks until #kMR2024 - we can't wait to see you to #runwithkunanyi!
