So … what is this Masterclass Library you’ve been talking about?
Folks, it’s a mammoth collection of ready-made writing workshops that will not only offer you great content for classroom instruction, but it’s a collection of material that will save you so much time on the backend of your lesson preparations.
As you know, the Masterclass is a five-week course that meets weekly for an hour. The nuts and bolts of these sessions is spent learning how to equip your students with my templates so that they can write seamlessly across the expository modes. Further, we also delve into my 40 alternative grading methods.
But the kicker … you have access to the Masterclass Library.
The Library contains over 150 instructional writing workshop videos just like the one I am attaching to this message.
Currently, there are videos and PowerPoints for the 65 most commonly taught novels and plays in the American high school curriculum plus a glut of materials for the other modes.
Here’s a video I made for Ernest Gaines’ novel A Gathering of Old Men.
It’s just like all the other videos in the collection.
In it, you’ll see me “Bob Ross” my instruction as I walk you and your students through the process of writing this particular essay while using my templates.
And to boot … every video comes with an accompanying editable PowerPoint for your classroom use.
Enjoy the video and reach out if you have any questions about the next Masterclass that will begin of August 8th.
