Merry Wednesday !

I can't believe Christmas is next week! Have you finished shopping? I have most of the presents bought and wrapped, but still waiting on the delivery man for some, and need to finish up shopping for a few others.

This past weekend I took to the kitchen and did some baking. It's one thing I always enjoy doing during the holidays. I baked with my mom when I was growing up and have enjoyed carrying on the tradition myself. I made Chex Mix, Muddy Buddies, and baked some red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing, and topped them with cute Christmas trees made out of candy melts and pretzels.
