Something new: Part Two!
Jan 12, 2021 8:00 pm
Hey ,
This is my first newsletter of 2021! 🎉 Happy New Year!
One thing I love about being an author is offering an escape for my readers in the form of a book. Whether you like to feel the pages of a paperback book or lie in bed with the glow of your Kindle, reading is a great way for many to relax.
As a reader myself, I love to whisk away to whatever location the book takes me and live in that world for a few hours at a time. As an author, I try to provide that exact thing when writing my stories. I’m always thinking of new ideas, plots, characters, and locations.
I’ve already shown you my new logo, and this past weekend I revealed new covers for the books in the Finding Home series. January is the month of *NEW*, so stay tuned for more exciting news!
The Miracle of Mistletoe
by Emily Dana Bototrous
One kiss, two wounded hearts, and the Christmas that rekindled their vows.
Marcy Delaney might not think she’s the sharpest set of shears in the salon, but she makes up for it with her people skills. As her town’s chatty hairstylist, she doesn’t consider anyone a stranger—except her university-educated husband who’s rarely home. Her conclusion? He’s bored with her lack of wit, and she can’t blame him.
Colt Delaney has never fit in. Not in the big city where he grew up. And certainly not in the tiny town his wife won’t leave. Now he’s stuck there, too, unless he’s traveling for work. And when he is home, Marcy doesn’t seem to want anything to do with him. It’s no surprise, though. Rejection has been his closest friend since childhood.
This Christmas the secrets they hold may break the final thread of their marriage and the faith they once held dear—until one simple kiss beneath the mistletoe reminds them of all the reasons they fell in love in the first place.

Holden is more than just pleasing to look at; he's a hard-working, devoted Christian who is looking for an Ephesians wife. Feeling unloveable and damaged, will Angelica flee before she is hopelessly and completely in love with Holden? Mail-Order Mismatch is a Clean and Wholesome Novella.
Her Toronto Tycoon
by Ann Malley
Everyone makes mistakes, even jet-setters determined to do the right thing! Like finding the right kind of husband.
So, when Caro's 'mistake' attempts to bail out her failing magazine, she isn't buying. But an interview of the tycoon who went recluse after she rejected him is a scoop. One that will draw legitimate investors and satisfy curiosity. Hers.
Could her ghosting Perry have hurt him that badly?
Billionaires aren't supposed to have squishy middles and bleeding hearts. But Perry has more secrets than Caro bargains for...and is determined to make things right. He'll secure the family that should have been if only Caro can admit that money isn't the root of all evil. Not when it's used right!
