Step 1: The Questionnaire

You will receive a comprehensive questionnaire assessing your current training, nutrition, recovery, and competition schedule. Along with your questionnaire, I recommend a BIA or DEXA scan to understand your body composition better.


Step 2: The Assessment

Once I receive the questionnaire, I will compile your nutrition assessment, meal plan, and training program based on optimal protocols backed by science to achieve your goals.


Step 3: Your Training Protocols

When your program and assessment are complete, you will receive an email with a link to the following:


  • Your detailed, personalised video walkthrough of your training and nutrition protocols
  • Your personalised training assessment
  • Your nutrition plan
  • Training Schedule 
  • Strength & Conditioning program (via the BJJ Strong Online Fitness App)
  • Access to a private chat with your coach, Kieren
  • A walkthrough of the check-in process and form


Step 4: The Review

You will have an opportunity to review your information and the video and compile any follow-up questions you have.


Step 5: Ongoing Support

We transition to ongoing support, which includes regular check-ins and follow-up updates to your nutrition and training protocols as required.


You can also submit videos for exercise "form checks" of your workouts, rolling footage, and a performance data review.


The Investment

All personalised coaching services are broken into two payments.


Initial Setup Fee:

This covers the development of your fitness plan, nutrition assessment, meal plan, onboarding video consult, etc.


Initial Setup investment: $499 USD


1-on-1 Coaching:

This is an ongoing service paid monthly that you can cancel anytime.


Monthly Coaching Rate: $200 USD per month


Total Investment: $699 USD (including the first month)
