Mid-Week Thoughts

Hello I hope you are doing well, this is not the recipes for this week, this is a mid-week check-in to see how you are doing with your goals and ideas! This next week we are going to be doing five recipes! We promised three recipes a week, but after receiving some feedback from last week, we are upping it to five. I want to remind you again that all of these emails are open for reply, I would love to hear from you, and start to create a relationship. My goal is not to just be the person you only look at for recipes, I want you to be able to call me a friend. This newsletter is more than just a way to let out my writing bug, it is my life and my love. So please if you have any questions please either email me or just reply to one of these emails.


You may not know, but this is will be the second week of this newsletter, so I want to thank you for signing up and giving me a chance. I have had a few problems with the bot that sends out my recipe book when you sign up, so if you have not received your free recipe book please shoot me an email and I will get it sorted for you.


Next I want to talk about this fully custom keto meal plan. I am sure if you are like me you follow some of these keto Instagram accounts, it seems to that every single one of them is part of this "Custom Keto Diet" affiliate program. Me being me I clicked on one of the links to see if it was real or not. To my surprise the process is actually very detailed and is very personal. I was not 100% sure if the meal plan is actually custom, but I purchased it anyways to see if it was any good. I was very surprised when receiving my first package in the mail. They are your just basic meals, but if you are someone who has never done keto before this could be a great way to get started. I have provided a link to the plan if you want to check it out. Diet Plan


Another thought is that as this newsletter becomes older one thing that I want you to realize is that I will be promoting products that I have affiliate links for. Now I say that because I want to be honest and I want to be upfront. If you see a paragraph with a button at the bottom you will know that it is going to be a sales pitch. What I do not want you to think is that I am a sell out and that I only do this newsletter because it helps pay the bills. That is not why I am here. I am here to provide valuable, wanted, and inspiring content for you. I remember when I was first starting out, I knew absolutely nothing. I am still learning everyday, but I want to be able to bring some of my knowledge to you. Another thing to keep in mind when reading my mid-week check-ins is that anything that I pitch or that I promote is something that I have either tried, or I know someone who has tried it. I will not show you shit that doesn't work. I am here for you and only you.
