We have been very busy, and we hope you have been as well!
Next week, we will have some very big news, but tonight we wanted to update you on several other things we have been working on.
1) We hear you; the marketplace needs to be prettier. In just a few days, we will roll out a cleaner, sleeker, and more modern version. You may notice a short system downtime when we make the update, but we know you will love the changes!
2) Over the late summer we made some announcements regarding Rocket Lawyer (RL) and Notary.Online. RL was a no-brainer choice for us! At the center of what they do is the value, "We believe everyone deserves affordable and simple access to legal services." Ours being "people, not paper" and "Bringing transparency fairness, and equity...," the relationship is rather perfect.
What will this mean for Notaries and signers? First, situated in the marketplace, there will be the ability for signers to download individual forms to upload to the RON. If the signer's not sure which instrument (form) to use, or how to complete it, no worries! The signer can port to chat or email with an attorney licensed to practice law in their State, and then port back to the marketplace or RON for the notarial act. This helps Notaries avoid the unauthorized practice of law. We will add more functionality as we go.
3) Tomorrow, we launch the third and last round of early adopter subscription to the marketplace and forthcoming RON (a sneak peek into next week's news; the RON is VERY close), which will end on December 31, 2021. If you want to get in on the savings locked in for life, you have until then. If you're already an early adopter, please consider sharing this opportunity with your Notary friends.
4) We will shortly be adding a social media platform to the subscription (at ZERO additional cost to our EAs), which will dovetail with the University, and also the marketplace. Podcasts, live streaming training, and light on-call training sessions will benefit our members. Members should feel free to create groups, network, chat, have live sessions, etc. We will not be moderating that aspect beyond enforcing the nice rules.
Now, if you think these announcements are pretty big on their own, you ain't seen nothin' yet! Next week's announcements will dwarf these.
We told you early on that we would push the boundaries, deliver big, and help you grow and be profitable. We work hard to that end every day, and we will not stop!
