I've been thinking a lot about why Tik Tok and social media is so important for brick-and-mortar and service-based businesses- and it hit me yesterday.

Yes, Google is important. But only 1 business can rank 1st on Google. And only a few companies have ads that show up on top.

Social media is your opportunity to stand out amongst your competitors. It's your chance to become a part of your customer's circle. For them to get to know you and you to do the same.

Video is such a powerful medium for this. You can showcase your team, your founders, your story, and your customer.
